Customer Service Leader (Cincinnati, OH)



Duties and responsibilities:
  • Working side by side with customer service associates on the retail floor
  • Assist in the training of greeters, cashiers, and other customer service associates
  • Ensuring we provide exceptional service
  • Coordinating retail sales activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements:
  • Prior customer service, automotive and supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English
  • Spanish speaking skills are a big plus
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Proven ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment
  • Must be willing to work weekends and overtime
