Refund Policy


If you are not satisfied with the part you purchased, you can bring it back for an exchange or a refund. Refunds are offered on most parts within 31 days of purchase. You must have a valid receipt dated 31 days or less, and the part must be marked. Be sure to find a UPAP employee to mark your parts after purchase, in case you need to return them.
