• Coordinate and oversee all vehicle processing activities
• Train and motivate the production employees
• Maintain and lead all safety awareness issues
• Perform general labor, fluid control and other production functions as needed
• Operate loader, forklift, crusher, and other industrial equipment

• Minimum 3 years experience as a leader/supervisor in an industrial environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to speak, read and write English
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, credit check and criminal check
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Comfortable working in an outdoor industrial environment
• Prior Automotive experience
• Stable work history
• Basic computer skills and mechanically inclined
• Work cooperatively in a team environment
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
