Responsibilities

Safely and professionally operate loader and other heavy equipment as needed
Properly manipulate loader controls to dismantle motor vehicles for scrapping using Scorpion attachment
Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment
Perform routine cleaning of equipment
Train new employees in the safe and professional operation of loader as needed
Follow verbal and written instructions and follow standard operating procedures (SOP)
Dependable/reliable and committed to working required hours, including occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in all weather conditions

Qualifications

Basic mechanical skills and general working knowledge of automotive parts
2+ years’ experience operating a loader
Experience with basic power tools and forklift operation preferred
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, lift 50lbs, and stretch as required by a specific task
Knowledge of Loader and other heavy equipment.
Understanding of computerized controls and electronics.
Must have reliable means of transportation to work
