Instrucciones

    There are just 4 bolts holding the seats in place, we’ll start at the rear first by removing the 14 mm bolts

  • 2

    There may plastic covers over the bolts, if there are just pop them off with a flat head screwdriver. You can also slide the seat forward to give better access to the rear bolts

    Move to the front and remove two more 14 mm bolts

  • 4

    We’re free to remove the seat (if you’ve got more parts to pull, have a seat and relax for a few minutes)

Hey, I'm Eric from Velocity Labs. We're going to be doing a quick DIY and Drive to tutorial with Pull-A-Part Used Auto Parts. We're going to be pulling the seats out of this 2005 Dodge Stratus.

Seats are one of those things that are pretty easy to pull. And if your seats are damaged or worn out, you can save a nice chunk of change by pulling them yourself. There are just four bolts holding the seats in place. We'll start with the rear first. There may be plastic covers over the bolts. If there are, just pop them off with a flat head screwdriver. You can also slide the seat forward to give better access to the rear bolts. If you need to get power to the seat, check out this super cool yard hack from Pull-A-Part. The seat belts are 14 millimeters. Remove them, and then move to the front. There are two more 14 millimeter bolts. Take them out, and you're almost done. There also may be an electrical connector or two underneath the seat. Be sure to check that before you start to pull.

This one's all clear, so we're free to remove the seat. Take it out and head on up to check out, or if you've got more parts to pull have a seat, kick back, put your feet up and relax for a few minutes.
